Honestly, I'm not at all convinced that this is a viable option. Sure, in the 1990s and the first half of this decade there were a decent handful of people doing just that. But those were the "boom" years, when salaries were unrealistically high and money was unrealistically loose, especially for services of nebulous value like programming.
Such a person also directs the kids to play certain games, do team activities, and hence paves way for quick learning of the children. In such occasions, kids are able to learn very quickly. They go on reciting the stories or the poems or rhymes from such occasions.
During the summer months I water twice a week usually because the plants are in a warmer environment and dehydrate at a faster rate. For the most part, plants want to be dryer than wetter. The root system will go dormant when dry, but rot when wet. Having a separate Facebook fan page for my project helped solidify who my audience is and gave me a place to put content like that. However, during the Kickstarter I definitely hit up my regular Facebook friends, too. I was surprised how many people were interested in my project because it was coming from ME, and not so much because they had a pre existing interest in the project itself.
The only reason they are so interested in Brittish culture is because it is different from what they are used to. In America, we have been trained to think that different is good (think of all that diversity training we are required to have at work!), and this is a wonderful thing. Give them time to revel in the differences, try out the new stuff, and take some of it into themselves.
The Obamacare system and rules are new. They make allowances for people who cannot afford to buy the required insurance. While fines can be issued to people who refuse to purchase Obamacare, these fines are based upon the actual ability of the person in question to pay for the required insurance.

I'd lost weight with Weight Watchers when I was in college, but had gained it back after having kids. I was so busy with work and being a mom, though, so I didn't really think I could fit a Weight Watchers meeting in every week.
